Fuel running out around exhaust manifold!

Just a quick note if anyone has an idea, but we have a turboed Apex stranded on the mountain, today. A young fella has his turbo Apex out enjoying our latest 12-18" of powder and his sled has quit running. He has discovered that the out side cylinder(I don't know which side) has lost both exhaust manifold bolts and there is fuel running out around that particular portion of the manifold while he is trying to start the engine. The engine won't fire and every few revolutions it acts like it seizes up. Could there be an injector stuck open and filling the cylinder with raw fuel creating excessive back pressure and thence blowing fuel out around the missing bolts? Granted the engine shouldn't run well with these bolts missing, leaking off pressure created by the turbo, but could this be the reason that it won't even start. At this point, the sled will be spending the night on the mountain, but am curious as to what the problem could be. We spoke on the cell phone and he couldn't give me any codes since he had his instrument panel unplugged to investigate the raw fuel leaking.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I think I will post this in the general Apex area, also.

did he have a check engine flashing when this happened? can you tell us anything else about the sled. it could be possible sort of a hydra locking issue. what fuel controller is on the sled? be careful with all the fuel running out might turn into a fire.

I hope to find out more this weekend. I think it is still on the mountain. I need to visit with his riding partners that I am friends with. I couldn't make it on this ride so they had invited this fella. I'll keep you posted.
