Has anyone found a good way to install fuel shutoffs? I was told never to trailer my RX-1 with a full tank, I think its even in the manual. I was also told never to leave the tank un-filled due to condensation problems. What to do?

shut offs

I just took a piece of 'L' shaped aluminum, and used 2 90 deg shut offs. I can get you a couple valves and a picture of what I did, if you like. I also stuck in a couple inline filters, just for added security. I have another piece of the aluminum if you need it.

Thats very nice of you. I think I can put something together if I put my mind to it, but I figured I'd see what others did first. I would really appreciate seeing a picture of the instalation. After I get it rigged up I want to show it to the Yamaha dealer that told me they hadn't found a good way to do it. Then he tried to sell me a fuel evacuator!! Just suck some out he says. I thought I was on candid camera.
