Hi guys I was on ulmer website I see trail performance pkg #1 has the plugs, intake, and a high flow header. I have the plugs and intake already and I can't find any information on the header what is it and can I buy it alone by itself?
Yes Ulmer sells them. Excell makes them.

Ok thanks I have a ultra q on now what can I expect with this setup will. It be too loud with the Excell header and ultra q can? What can I expect to see in hp from the can and header combo?

RDAY....the header shouldn't make too loud, it should have little if any bearing on too loud, your muffler would. hard to get an accurate idea other than guessing with out using a dyno before and after, both items will claim an increase in HP but, doesn't necessarily mean you can just add those numbers together and expect that that is the total gain in HP. you should have some gain but, it should be some.
