what do you think the sidewinder will be on gasmilage? Of course its all about the right thumb. But in easy trail riding?

Dan is probably pretty close. What I have found is that if it is similar to my 1100 turbo I get 10-12 on tighter trails, 12-14 in mixed riding and 14-16 when riding open trails at higher speeds. These turbos can run much less throttle at higher speeds as they have the torque to maintain speeds. With a torsional clutch this one should free wheel and likely better than the Thundercat that will come with the Compression clutch. Just my 2C

This is from Chris Reid's blog.....
The maximum boost pressure in the system is limited to a conservative 12 lbs. and surprising to me is the fuel range has not suffered significantly compared to Viper. I am waiting for some actual data from testing to elaborate on this before you cry foul, but the general consensus is the consumption throughout all testing combined is significantly less than what I was personally expecting. That’s good news! - See more at: http://snowmobiles.yamahablogs.ca/2016/03/08/the-color-purple/#.dpuf

Of course snow conditions make a huge difference in milage, but if a constant throttle on hard pack,i would not be surprised to see 17 US gal ,but if pressed hard on mealy snow could be down to 12 mpg, general I think will see 15 US gal.
