The mountain lite will likely average 12 to 14 mpg. That's just my guess based on experience with the manufacturers claims and what mileage actually ends up being when riding in powder conditions.

Ok first snowfall, someones gotta fill it up, drive 20 miles and then fill it up again, hehe, well just so we can get a baseline.

I hope to be riding my mountain lite (in low snow conditions) and have some numbers for you by end of November. Those numbers should be near 20 MPG, but come February when I'm plowing through the deep stuff, I bet those numbers will be 12 to 14.

I haven't officially put my name on one yet, but I've verbally confirmed with my dealer that I'll take one, trading in my quad towards it. He has the quad already, so as soon as the sled is built, I sign the dotted line. He has only received one Phazer GT so far.

Me personaly, I wouldn't buy the phazer untill it has been out for atleast a year even though yamaha has put a lot of time into this skidoo i think becasue of it radical design it will have a few minor problems...
