Looks great. With just 2 bolts on each side, are you worried about it bouncing up and down when you go over bumps. Looks like it might be hard on the tunnel with 20+ lbs bouncing up and down out there.

The racks are pretty stiff on there. The front bolts are in the thicker plate where the back bar mounts with 2 bolts I cut some red rubber hose to fit on the side of the rack(see pic 1) and it touches the side of the the bar used to lift the sled off the ground, so it cannot move down. I will be careful on my first ride with them but im pretty confident they wont bend anything on the tunnel.

how does suspension work?
it´s weak as it is, and with some ice and the gasoline

I just arrived from my first ride with the gas cans on the sled...everything went well.. suspension was botomming but only in deep holes. I was still botommin with gas cans empty...I really need to stiffen the springs some more. (me=230 lbs) Overall I'm very pleased with my racks. they dont rise the center of gravity and arent too much for the suspension.

Now that's different!
I'm going to adapt a rack to fit mine, as soon as it comes in, should be about two weeks.
