General Attack Questions

Does an 06 Attack seem heavy?
Is it mainly an on trail sled only?
Would it be fun in powder or a little jumping now and then, or should I stick with a phazer? I found an 06 Attack with 1100 miles for $5000 is this a good deal. They are reliable aren't they. I'm alittle disapointed in my phazer reliability. Thanks for the help guys.

IMHO it ain't made for jumping. Awesome trail sled and does not seem heavy to me. When I rode a friends Doo 800XP I could feel the difference. The Doo was lighter and much ligher feeling but it was bouncing all over in the rough stuff; back on the Attak, nice straight lines and in control. and, after 70MPH he was eating dust. I have fun off trail but if it's over 2 feet don't stop or you'll be digging... 2006 with 3,500 trouble free miles.

Snap it up!! I Changed my track to a 1.25 Predator and my skis to Slydog Powderhounds. Changed the whole demeanor of the sled when off trail. Not a pure boondocker, but in UP powder it gets around pretty well. Have to use very good low speed throttle control. It jumps OK, but you can feel the weight. On trail, it's the best sled I have ridden to date. All day rides and I am fresh at the end of the day. Keep in mind that I weigh 280 and had the rear shock redone by Pioneer. I also added GYTR front shocks. Tankbag and saddlebags allow for 5-7 day trips when properly packed. Has been ultra reliable, other then exhaust donuts. Hope this helped you !!

I agree with what VD said.
I added and 1.5" ripsaw. I also run the C&@ XT pro's.

The 1.5 track gave the sled the most positive feel on a trail I have ever felt. No wiggle with the loose snow on trails

The off trail is OK. Handles UP powder well.

Most potential that I have ever seen in a sled. Love mine. 5g...don't miss that one!
