We picked up 2 feet Saturday and Sunday rode around in the fields behind my house 10mi sunday, loaded it up and went for a ride last night and started it up it didn't sound right, let it warm up about ten min. tried to go and it backfired spit and coughed like a bitch, it finally started to run and got on the trail I let it rip a little and it was ok but when I slowed down it would bog spit cough then catch again and take off. the other bad thing was the thumb warmer switch broke.
Now the good the trails were bumpy about 1 to 2 footers this thing rides awesome it sucked up everything I threw at it and I threw everything at it just to keep it running, also cornered flat zero inside ski lift effortless cornering totally stable ride.
Its at the dealer now I hope to get back out tonight, any thoughts?
Thanks Bone

Fouled a plug or two. Not unusual for an unbroken in engine. Especially if you start it a half million times for your buddies before it ever saw snow

Pull the coils out of the head and check for moisture, condensation is a problem when you go riding and then put the sled in the warm garage.
You can get enough moisture that it will take hours of riding to dry them out without removing them.
You can dry them off and apply die electric grease to the spark plug boots and the boots that seal to the head.

Guys thanks for your replys, it was the Plugs all four, the tech said it was from choking after it starts when it sounds like its going to stall I would choke it. My bad, the thumb warmer switch was frozen, sucks when you have so much snow! sorry I had to say it. Going back out tonight!
