When I first purchased my 2009 Nytro XTX, I was told the stock runners were junk and to buy a set of snowtrackers by several friends who said they work well. Well into my second season with the snowtrackers, I tried my buddies Nytro with the Cobra head carbides, and what an amazing difference (www. qualipieces.com).

I went to my nearest Yamaha dealer, installed the Cobra head carbides and it made a huge difference in steering efforts and added some fun in the corners as I could get the track to swing around with some effort and throttle.

These carbides are very good for the Nytro XTX!

Mine were about $160, and I think the snowtrackers are over $200

If you're running snowtrackers now, you will be impressed with the results when you change to the cobra heads.

Most Yamaha dealers can get them, or you can find a few local dealers on the website I posted above
