I got my Mtn lite Thursday night. Took it out on the grass, pulls pretty hard, then falls on its face , It needs clutching done. Other than that I think it's going to be a fun sled to ride this winter.

Nice sled, let us know how it goes. As I want to snowcheck one come this spring...

How fast did you go on the grass?
Did pull hard to what speed?
 
I think the gearing is why it doesnt have much topend.
Mountain sleds are usually geared for acceleration, not top speed.
Im sure a clutch kit would help though. Im going to put on on my FX next summer. Hopefully by then Bender or Simons CPR will be offering them.
