so i need to change my bearings and seals as i found some water in the oil and a couple of flecks of silver in the bottom of the chain case.
when reinstalling the main gears in the chin case do i need to lossen off the secondary clutch bearing and the speedo bearing then tighten up the drive shaft and transfer shaft nuts then go back and tighten up the speedo and secondary or can i get away with pulling the chaincase off and doing seals and bearings then resemble and tighten up the transfer and drive nut and bolt.
I no when you take everything apart you need to tighten up the chain case side first but i'm just doing the chaincase seals and bearings not pulling the track.
cheers

you can do the work on your chaincase and leave the other side alone, no problems.
