Has anyone added grease nipples to their control arms? I have to change my bushing and thought maybe I would also add some grease nipples.
I think I will go with the Ulmer bushings.

As you probably know, the newer model sleds come with grease fittings already installed but I have seen pics and read info on here about adding them yourself.
Try a search or google search and I am sure you will find the thread.

yep, just drill and tap. pretty simple. One word of advise, you may have to use a washer of somesort to keep the zerk from threading too deep into the arms and hitting the bolts.

X2 on zapeX2 post, grease nipple will hit bolt,
I installed nipples the weekend I brought the sled home from the dealer, what I did was grind the nipple in till you can spin the bolt than grind a little more for the grease loctite them in and your good to go,
Just a tip make sure you can get the gun in the upper arm before you drill and tap, it's a good idea to mark the spot where you can get your grease gun in there, than take the sled apart brill tap and reinstall everything..
And also inside the arm tubes there are holes drilled on both ends just put a piece of tape over them so you won't fill the front arms with grease.. Had a friend do that.. Was pumping forever couldn't figure out why..
