I bought some FX piggy back shock for my GT the other day and I noticed they are longer. I also noticed that the FX front supension sits higher and has about an inch more travel.
Now the big question, is there a difference in mounting, postion, shocks, or anything on rear skid. When you increase the ride hieght of the front suspension all the weight shifts to the rear, which causes a bunch sag.
How can I get away from this.

Take almost all the preload off the front shocks and use the clickers to adjust for bottoming. It will handle better like that also.

So it sounds like we learn the samething. Thank you

Yup just about everyone here has backed off preload on front and tightened limiter.

So you snugged up the limit strap to put more weight on the front? I get it, how much? can you still left the ski's? I ride mainly ditches and power lines, I like to have a light front end.

I agree.I only went one hole tighter from stock.I also have gotten used to how the sled handles and now am not fighting it anymore.I ride it like a dirtbike standing up a little even in alot of corners.

So I picked up a set of aftermarket springs today, .3125 diameter sled now sits a tad higher in the front then the GT and a tad lower then the FX and no rear sag. I have the front shock set a the second from soft and the rear springs on med. Limiter strap is back on the stock setting and the rear arm is hitting the front blocks, just like when I bought it.

You bought new Torsion springs?
