gytr intake for rx1 question

hey guys i just got a gytr intake for my rx1 and it comes with green holtzmaqn springs i was wondering if these are the right springs to use with this kit because on the holtzman site it states that from 0-4000ft i should use red springs with a carb filter kit i am in southern ontario where the altitude is 245M should i run the green ones or get the red ones i also have the 165 mains with the kit and will most likely go with a colder plug

greens will work, reds and yellows will also work.

I was mistaken. The mains are actually 170. Don't know how much of a difference it would make but it worked well when I had it installed.
