HAND GUARDS FOR MY APEX

Long time reader first time poster.... great reading in here, i've learned soo much in the last couple of months.

So i'm about to pick up my 2010 apex and i want to get some hand guards for it. I had a set from powermad but i'm not too crazy about them... i was hopeing to get something bigger like i see on the vector or nytro model .

does anyone know the part number for a larger hand guard or will the ones that i see on the vector or nytro fit the apex?

any help on this is greatly appreciated.... thanks in advance.

hey do you have any issues with them hitting the windshield? also the sled on the right what type of handguard are those?

No, they do not contact my windscreen at all. The brand name is Sportech.

what about the machine on the left ? do they hit the windsheild? i know those are powermadd with the extended piece on it. which of the two you feel work better ?

The Apex on the left is a friends, i know they don't hit anything. I can't coment on performance of either really, I just bought the Attak this fall and put the handguards on.

just put a set of the yamaha semi rigid handguard on my new apex, seem to work well, they do hit the windshield but only slightly and no wear marks occuring, they flex when the hit the windshield, come in different colours and are removeable if you want to take them off at the end of the day and you are staying at a resort
