I have noticed some of the guys have the PowerMadd hand guards with the mirrors on the outside of them.
My question is, how well do they work ? I have always used a wrist mirror.
Thanks,
Nick

They work pretty good, good enough to see if the sled behind you is still back there which is all I need a mirror for. We use them on our sleds

I had them on my Vector, they certainly helped. While they are not nearly as good as a full on set of mirrors, they do allow you to see if there is someone behind you.
Last season was my first on my Nytro and I missed the mirrors, so this spring I installed a set of the powermadd mirrors onto my handguards. We'll see how they'll work out.

the mirror is very small and to see a sled behind they need to be within 100' or so to see the headlight. After the mirrors fell off somewhere on the trail, I bought a couple larger hand mirrors and installed them on the handgaurds in the same sport as the ones that fell off. with a single short screw and heavy duty dbl back tape.

I looked at a few hand guard set ups with mirrors, but in the end I used one of those wrist mirrors on the left bar end. Works well enough to see headlights behind you, that's all I need it for.

Hey Radianguy.
Who makes that mirror on the left side? How does it attache? How much did you pay for it. Does it hold up pretty good - ever get loose?
Where did u buy them?

These are the ones I have on my sled by Cycra. The mirror tucks into the handguards and then flips out. You can also spin them around for adjustments on up and down right and left. They like the others described here are only good to see the headlights behind at about 100-200 feet max. They serve the purpose very well.

Hey Blustar, I like your idea, I have the same hand guards, only in yellow. I could get a pair of the Powermadd mirrors, and mount them the same way, and not have to buy all new hand guards and mounts, plus the mirrors.
That works for me, great idea.
