??? With them mirrors mounted on the ends of whatever guards you have how do they hold up with the viper cover over the handle bars and do they clear the stock windshield on a ltx se low windshield?
They will clear the windshield but they dont work all that well with a cover.

The mirrors I have fold down, but the 2" riser and handguards make the Phazer cover a challenge.

I use those powermadd mirrors on my Phazer, work well to see headlights, but don't expect a view like the mirrors on your car. Mine rotate to change the angle. Not sure what to do on my Viper. Decided to go to a big windshield and no handguards, I might need to get out my wrist mirror again.
I am in the same situation. I really liked having the Powermadd mirrors on my Powermadd hand guards on my Apex. I won't be running hand guards on my Viper and I don't want to add the telescoping sport mirrors so I too will probably be using a wrist mirror.
I had an order for some odds and ends so I ordered the mirrors right away to take advantage of the free shipping. Still need to decide which guards and mounts though.

The mirrors can either fold down or be mounted fixed. I have no issues with my cover going over them and mine are fixed.
