awhile back there was a post with some one mentioning some handlebar muffs that were shorter and I don’t think they were the ski doo ones. Getting some things together for the wifes viper but can’t find that post, HELP

Hard to beat the ski-doo muffs. They work awesome. Just takes a little work to get the ski-doo logos off. I think Dennis Kirk has a similar set up listed in there catalog.
I have those and a pair that go with the powermad guards both work well with guards but fold badly over hands at high speeds without.

the skidoo ones i have are the shortest ones i own and they fit over my powermadd handgaurds well. i have 2 other sets and my fave set is a nylon set for motorcycles because they fold up smallest to leave in my saddle bags. i do have a set of cheap royal distributing ones and the clear window on the top is nice for when you need to look at the controls.

The cold guard are the ones I was looking for. She doesn’t think she will like having her hands in the tighter ones

That’s what’s nice about the doo muffs. They are not tight and they stay open and up so you don’t have to hunt for them to get your hands in and out.
