any tips on rear setup for a 136 extended rx1 stock 121" rails with ext. rear skid seems dead

Ive got tracks usa rail ext. with hartman tunnel ext. works great for me

Same here, tracks USA rail extensions and Hartman tunnel extension, Couldn't be happier.

What exactly do you mean by rear skid seems dead? I can't imagine that the difference in rail extensions would make any difference.
