Having trouble attaching pictures

When I add an attachment, it says ,"error, empty file" of some sort. What am I doing wrong?

I use a host site, photobucket, there are others, image shack, can't think of any others right now. Just upload the pics, copy the "image code" and paste it in your post here.

Funny you mention this, because I always seem to have problems sending files over pm's. It always states that my attachments are full, but I don't have any in any of my boxes, go figure ?!?!???
