Header

I don't own one so I can't say if its good or not. However it looks like a nice setup if it works and last long. For only $300 its priced better than some setups and it's a direct bolt on for rear mount turbos. Plus it doesn't use donuts for fitting.
He is also backing the product up with a LIFETIME Guarantee.

They must be drinking the Kool-Aid if they are trying to say their solid header won't crack.
You have to have joints or something to accomodate the flexing and thermal expansion of all that steel tubing, especially on a rear mount (with the added heat from a turbo no less).
Where is the material going to go? What happens when the chassis flexes but the header doesn't? You think it's going to break at the flange? Ever put a 3 foot pipe on the end of a wrench? Ppffss.
Here is some food for thought... Yamaha designed a flexible exhaust system on their 4 stroke sleds for a reason, and I have to admit that they likely have ALOT smarter engineers and computer simulation, and test benches all working towards that Yamaha reliability reputation...

Want more? How many solid mounted front-mount headers are out there that don't crack? But for $300 it must be fast.

I think you will see it still uses the stock yamaha flex joints. It just eliminates the donuts by connecting in a different fashion. It uses the stock clamps too.

Ah, if that is the case then I misunderstood and I was very wrong.
I suppose I took a swing of the Kool-Aid :drink:
Sorry about the rant.
