Heat Exchanger Welds??

Do you guys think that these welds will inhibit the cooling capacity of the front heat exchanger on a XTX?

Shout hurt for cooling her al long as the weld didn't fuse the collar channel...

Pressure tested to 25 lbs for 1/2 hour
