Heavy ice buildup on tunnel OUTSIDE!

left side! Exhaust? It coming from underneath where the heat exchanger is, ice buildup melts and leaks through

Tried silicone, doesn't work!
I was told to try Fluid Film, bought some but haven't tried it yet!
If that doesn't work I'll try Dupont teflon coat.

I'll find out in another hour I guess.
 
Had the same problem on my 03 F7 and ended up removing the seat and resealing the heat exchanger to the tunnel.
