Heavy throttle

Unhooked the cable both from the throttle lever and down on the throttlehousing and something isnt right with the cable so ill order a new one.
Also unhooked the left tang from the spring, felt a lot better so hopefully its all good when I switch out the cable.

What is weird thou is that the cable had some signs of wear close to the lever and the sled has only 1100km on it. Probably my fault since i was messing with it when my micro switch acted up

Its a cheapo cable. Not coated like good ones.

Okey, but wow, here in Sweden it wasnt that "cheapo". The dealer wanted around 90 USD for the Cable...
So back to trying to Clean it up and grease it with some PTFE-oil. Lets hope it gets better after that

Cleaned it with mostly alcohol solution and some Lock oil with silicone. Took of 1 of the throttle spring and wow now it feels great.

BUT ive had some problems adjusting it so it didnt mess with the tps. Does anyone have a good description? Found some Pictures saying 0.75 - 1.5mm slack but nothing else. Found it a Little hard to figure out just where that slack was supposed to be? I pressed 2 credit cards between the Little bump on the side of the throttle and it could just hold them there. Seemed to work fine but feelt like there should be a better way to make sure i did it correctly :)

go into your troubleshooting menu on your gauge pod and scroll to the tps setting it will show the % of throttle.... press throttle all the way(wot) and release see if it goes back to 0%... Then do the same with the handlebars cranked left then right!!! When you release and it if it doesn't go back to 0% adjust it
Just in case you don't know how to access the troubleshoot screen
-Turn key to on position(not start)
-Press and hold the bottom right and left buttons together on gauge and hold for 5 seconds and the menu will show up

If you look at the hinge end you will see that it travels in an oblong hole when you depress the flipper. What I do is gently press the flipper so as to take out this slack and then hold it there to make your adjustments.

yeah did that and everything went well, thou it only was 0% too 98% at WOT. Dunno what to do about that, tightened it but never went above 98%.

Did something similar TD max, but that sounded like better way. Ill do it next time i have time.

Thank you both!
