Took a friend out riding today. Told him if he paid for gas we would go. Nothing better than having someone pay for gas to do what you love. Anyways, he has always ridden 2 stroke and i started him out on the boy's F5. We went about 30 miles and i asked him if he wanted to ride my RX1. He jumped at the chance. I told him the power was right there when you give it some and it didn't turn like the F5. WELL, i didn't get it back for the rest of the day. When we had them in the trailer all he could say, "I got to get me one of those". Another one converted. teehee.

That is like a friend of mine. We where at the gas station and he turns to be and says "how much work to do think it would be to gt one of those yamaha engines in my doo" lol looks like he will be getting a yamaha 4 stroke!

Ya, I have a few people looking for 4 strokes now. Last run we went 120 miles between gas stations, which made ME nervous, but I wasn't the one to run out of gas.................... The F6 did about 1 mile before the gas station, and the 600cfi polaris AND me had about 1/2 gallon left in our tanks. Although my last mile was towing the F6. Mine took 6.5 gallons, they both took over 10! We were riding pretty hard too boot, averaging around 60-70mph on that stretch.

Actually putting a Yammi engine in a doo is most likely quite dooable. Pun is full intended and meant but I really doo think it can be done.

Very interesting, i did not know that figured the electronics would be a PITA. he has a new doo but he said his next sled would likely be a yamaha.
