HELP! 2011-14 APEX SEAT Will it work?

Just got a good deal for an Apex seat ordered it and had it shipped. Started going over the step by step on the forum and came across 1 thread that said the 2011-14 Apex seats wont work. They changed the pans. Can anyone verify this for me? Has anyone done the mod with this seat and made it work? If i get stuck can i pull both seats apart an put the apex foam and cover(with trunk) on my 04 rx-1 121 pan? There has gotta be a way, no? Without to much modding that is. Thanks guys.

ya totally different mounts on the seats so i guess if i am stuck with the seat i will try and find a pan or a badly damaged seat and swap the foam/cover. crap!

Have you checked out WRP? Spend the money once. They're a TY advertiser.

I won the auction for $175 so it WAS a pretty good deal. I tried to cancel order but i think it is already shipped. I looked at the wrp website first but only saw seats for the apex that use the factory glove box of which i dont have on my RX. now i am trying to find an old ripped apex seat to get the pan just in case, or I will wait until the summer and swap the whole thing to my RX pan. The WRP seats are really nice though.
