my filter on my front mount MCXpress are coming apart at the clamp location. Have tried to wrap the pipe with some header wrap also a wider clamp, this lasted one ride. any help would be appreciated thanks , last ride yesterday at the haliburton forest wasn't too bad!!
Same thing happened on my CPR Turbo, twice. It lasted alot longer if you dont tighten the clamp to much. Im not sure if theres a better solution out there, but you may want to try that. Dont tighten your clamp so much...BBY

sounds like a the filter element is getting to hot breaking down the epoxy
Same thing here, don't tighten the clamp as much like BBY says and make sure the hood isn't laying on the filter too much. You might have the cut some out of the hood. I'm trying to find some nice looking vents to put in the hood near the turbo to vent some heat.
