All codes point to the throttle cable and sensor.
Did you leave it outside or in a warm shop after washing the sled?

bypassed tors and it still does it

fixed it

left side of sled by the big injector multi plug
cut the ground connectors out and soldered grounds together
in both connectors and also did the red wires also while i was their
