Help finding a part number 2017 Vector

Looking for the bracket that holds the wire harness assembly on the engine side. Having trouble finding it in the parts diagram.

Part #19 in the diagram below is the part I need to find the hanger bracket for.

Isn't that bracket part of the battery tray?

If it's missing, I'd say the weld is broken off on the battery tray.

I could be wrong though....

Are you the original owner of the machine?

The box is up above and in front of where your right knee should be. I attached a picture where you can see the fuse box hanging and the little black mounting plate on the side of the frame.

Ok, I was mistaken that for the one on battery tray.
