Help identifying these parts?

Found these in the belly, under the Voltage Rectifier/Regulator in of my 2005 RS Rage.

I don't have a clue as to what they are and where they go. Everything appears to be tight and well secured.

I think those go on the end of the pitman and idler arm bolts where they mount to the frame.

I just had those out today. But I took this picture about two weeks ago. But today I did notice the rings on the end of the bolts.

That's probably it!
