Help with date listed on forums and posts

So the dates on the forums and posts are always the same whenever I log in. If I don't log in it shows the proper date and time on posts. I have tried clearing the cookies and that hasn't worked. It does this on my laptop and home computer. If I change the date in my profile it will post that date on the posts but does not change daily. Any help appreciated. Thanks guys.

U set your profile and then you have to clear everything then you will have to wait or hit show me posts in the last 24 hours
