I just bought a full hindle stealth system for my 2013 xtx 1.75. I already have the ulmer clutch kit so I was wondering what guys are running for washers on the wieghts with the same set up? Right now I have one tungsten washer and two regular washers on the heel empty mid and empty tip. I will give allen a call but was curious what other guys were running. Im also a little worried about the noise is the stealth system loud and can I add a db reducer if I choose? I was reading that it can ruin the packing in the muffler. I am looking forward to the extra power. :jump:

No can help on the weights but the Hindle system I think is quieter then a super Q pipe. We have both and I think the Hindle is the quietest aftermarket exhaust and I don`t have the DB reducer. No noise restrictions here but still pretty quiet. I will have to find and shorten a video clip I have when we playing in some drifts last year.

I would call Allen and tell him your setup, he will get you dialed in right away. I would not run the DB reducer, for the little it helps I think it will do more harm to your muffler in the long run. It will prematurely blow out the packing in the muffler then hot spot the muffler shell and eventually it will fail. Keep the packing fresh and you will be good.

Why not ride it setup how it is and see what changes need to be made? Might need a washer in the middle.

exact same setup as you with my full hindle on my 2010 1.75 with k&n and power commander. 240 pounds guys.

Hitting exactly
8850-8900 on good trail condition
9000-9050 on really hard groomed trail
8600-8700 on deep powder

I would talk to Ulmer as you may need to change our your helix because of the larger track. I have a similar setup and with same track and I am running the same weights. For reference, helix is set to 1-6.

Thanks for the info my sled is a 1.75 xtx. I gave him that info when I ordered it earlier in the year, I was wondering how much weight to add? I will get a hold of him or I'll just try it , seems like you guys are dialed in.

I would call or email ulmer. Most don't realize but Allen sells the hindle setup, and a matching clutch setup for it. He can tell you where to place the weight, and if any other changes would be needed
