No, it's the stage 2 insert that I have in it. It's like 98 decibels. Stage one is the quiet core around 94 db. There's a stge 3 but it's way to loud, I'd get a ticket from Ranger Rick.

Wow must suck to get a ticket for being to loud? got a titanium gytr 4.1 on mine and its well over 100db
