i just bought a kit ecp kit used off this forum,the guy i bought them from wasnt sure if he swaped out springs. said that both sets are silver,i pulled the ones out of my sled and they look the same as the ones i pulled out, how can you tell the difference, are the holz painted silver, the ones i got are unpainted

The holtz springs come in green,yellow,red,silver,and blue according to the chart i looked at,the silver are for altitudes from 4000-8000 ft with carb filters.hope this helps.

The Holtzman silvers will be much easier to compress. Do the one's that came with your set seem softer?

no not takem for a ride, he asked me to pull mine out so he could check the ones he had before i bought them and never had a chance to do, he will send me the right ones not worried, no one on this forum is corupt

You cannot tell by compressing them in your hand. We're talking grams which is not noticable without a guage.

i found out the holtz are shorter,than stock
