Hey Guys
Here is a nice little mod my dealer's mechanic shared with me, it makes getting the hood lock pins easier to get in and out, not perfect but it sure helps.
Basically the loop is too wide, so if you take a little off, then squeeze the loop back on the pin, this gives you more room. This little mod makes the clips easier to go in, see attached pictures.
I'm sure it's been mentioned before, but I thought I'd take a few pictures and throw it up.
One picture is stock clip and one after to show difference.
