Okay, can someone explain if I am right here. Front of the sled..being front in my description.
1st I have a hose from my charge tube nipple going to the top/front rubber t's to the carbs.
2nd I have a hose from the bottom of the intercooler (large 90 fitting) to the top/back plastic t's
3rd I have all 4 nipples on the carb boots tied together and going to the nipple of the BOV.
4th I have a hose going from the bottom of the intercooler (small 90 fitting) to the fuel pump.
I need to get back to the basics and make sure this is correct first.
Also, I have ordered t's and they will be in on Wed. I plan on rerouting the 2nd decription until I get all 4 slides to move equally. But is there anything I am missing. I also have the green springs here just incase I need to change those out.
What it is doing, first it was idealing fine. Took it out and It was jumping around on the wideband from 10.5 to 15.5. I would get 15.5 when I let off the gas. Lean out so bad it would fall on its face and I would have to let it ideal and slowly get back into the gas. If I held it steady it would gain speed and wideband was reading 11.5. That is half throttle at around 50mph. But any throttle chop it would fall on its face so bad I would have to stop and bring it back to ideal. Also only running 1-2lbs of boost.
I think about what will fix this, everyone says t's and fix my hosing from the cooler. Will this fix my issues I am having?

Not intending to jump ship on your post , but was wondering how you made out with the new fuse panel?

I refuse to answer that question in this forum....lmao.. jk.
It is mounted in the belt area..see pics. This was the best place I could find. Not in the way of anything and can get the belt right past it without problems.
Half the block is switch controlled and half is hot all the time. So I hooked the switched area into the same place my fuel pump relay is running off. Which is the fuse box near the chain case. I am only using two of the wires from the new fuse block, but have alot of ideas for more electronics in the future. (back massager, microwave, frigerator, the list just goes on and on....

Okay this is what I did. I moved my t in the middle. I am getting pretty equal slide lift when blowing into the line. I know this isnt very accurate, but before I would have two lift almost 3/4 before the other two even started lifting.
Think this will work?? I have tapped the bottom of the cooler for two hoses. But I was thinking I could get different pressures with that as well.
Will this not give me enough pressure to the carbs? Anyone try this. Thanks.

The hose routing is right, But I would install the T for the charge tube to float bowl Ts in the middle rather than 1 side, so to better balance the pressure to the float bowls.
Also add another fitting to the bottom of the intercooler and run another hose the the larger T for the slides so Each has it's own signal to make all the slides open at the same time.
If you don't have Billet T's for the float bowls you need them bad.
You're going to remember to put a main jet in that one carb, right?!
Ted, thanks for replying to my forum.
I installed the aluminum t's, green springs, longer float bowls (recall), split both lines w/tee as shown in picture.
I have to fabricated a spacer to bolt my intercooler down and I am going to fire it up to give it a try. If the back tee setup doesnt work I will run two seperate lines from the cooler.
Lake, the jet was there inside the towel. I actually changed everything out for the recall extensions and deeper float bowls.

Fired it up last night, its seams like that setup will work just fine.
I did notice I was lean at ideal. 15.5-16.0. Also when I would crack the throttle it would hesitate, that tells me air pilot screw. I pulled the carbs off this morning and going to change the air pilot screws to 2.5 turns. I think this will get rid of the lean ideal.
Wasnt able to finish it up, but plan to this afternoon. Need to get more oil, decided to change the oil after 50 miles. Heading up to the UP day after christmas so I wanted it fresh.
