I noticed that the aprox 1/2" rubber hose that runs between the oil reservoir & the coolant hose(attached to the coolant hose) and comes out at the plastic removable plate on the bottom of the bulkhead. Is this hose supposed to be attached to something or it just sits there??

No it isn't that hose, this one runs down & is attached to the big coolant hose that is adjacent the oil reservoir. It comes in from the backside of the oil tank. I was draining the oil from the block & noticed it hanging there. I am hoping it is a drain or vacuum hose or something.

X2 Check the bottom of the air box and there should be a large hose and a small one.

Ok, I will probably have to take the air box off again to see where it goes. If it is in fact coming from the bottom of the air box does it connect somewhere on the other end?

Thanks Irv, it must be just a drain just in case moisture gets into the airbox.
