how do i remove my lower speedometer bearing??

That is correct...part #6 in Track Drive 1....the bearing with the collar. There are two T-15 torx set screws on the collar.

It is only the speedo bearing that goes every 3-4 k correct? I have about 4 k on my 06 and plan on going through it this year. I am going to change all of the idler wheel bearings and the speedo. That should cover it?

Check and clean/regrease your jackshaft bearing as well. There's posts on how to just search "Jackshaft bearing". This is the one behind your secondary clutch.
