Can someone tell me how to remove the oilite bushings from the lower control arm? I just put them in last year only to find that my control arm needed to be replaced. I would like to reuse them in my new control arm. Does anyone have the torque specs for the front end of the Nytro XTX? Thanks!
I just removed some out of a lower arm on an attak so I could reuse on a new arm. Took a socket that fit very tight, and tapped it out with a hammer. Just take your time and be careful

So you just try to catch the edge of the bushing on the inside of the control arm and pound it out with a socket?
