What can I do to make my 2011 XTX wheelie. Ive heard of adjusting the transfer rods, but not sure weather to increase them or decrease them. Any suggestions?

Why would you want it to wheelie all the time? Your corner speed will most likely be decreased along with about every other aspect of performance. For offtrail it seems beneficial to have some front end lift, but to be catwalking everywhere is pointless...

Actually, I find it very useful to be able to wheelie over or into an oncoming bump. Maybe this is what he is asking. He didn't say "all the time".
