Ive got an 07 attak and last year i hit a stump and twisted my a arms up badly and im finally getting around to fixing it now that i got the parts. the question is how do i take them out, do the bolts on the body side of the arms have a seperate nut on the rear or is it part of the frame, and if its seperate how do you get to it so you can remove it?

01 SXR Long Track
It is one long bolt holding the a arms to the bulkhead. Remove the lower side panels, the front lower panel below the bumper. In there you will see the head of the bolts, 17mm. Remove the battery and tray and down by the steering linkage you will see the washer and nuts, 14mm. Remove the nuts and pull the bolts out the front.

Take note of the plastic spacers on the a-arms. You may cutting the spindle side bolts. Also check the spindle itself carefully. I had a barely noticeable side and had those extras to fix.
