Does anyone have a trick for getting at the top bolts on a front shock on an Attak? I'm may be starting to strip them. The area is so tight, do I need to remove all nose plastic and the bumper? Also is it a 14mm nut and bolt.

I just removed my 08 Vector shox, and although it was tight getting them out, I didn't have to remove any plastic.
Not sure what an 06 Attack is like, but I just used a stubby socket/ratchet and a box end 14mm ensuring a few times my socket was on straight/true.

Yep 14 mm. I just use a ratchet box end and a regular box end wrench. Ratchet wrenches (good ones) can be worth their weight in gold.
I just changed my shocks on my 06 Attak too. It's tight but it can be. Same as above on the tools.

Remember to watch out for the washers when you remove the bolt
