How many head gaskets two or three.

are you guys putting any sealer in between these gaskets????

If they are new the heat should bond them together. If not then I would use the copper spray adhesive.

On my Go-Kart race engine (Honda 4 Stroke) I didn't have very good luck with the copper spray. Switched to Hylomar Universal Blue and is works WAY better. Not sure if it would do for this application, but I know it works slick for my kart.

I see they even make a racing formula. I have used the Universal blue and aircraft grade. I can get the Universal Blue at a one of the big hardware chain stores.

I'll assume that the guys running 10:1 pistons do NOT need to run 3x gaskets for 20-ish lbs of boost...?

I would like to get some of the racing formula, but were do you get this stuff.

Canadian Tire is where I got my last tube of it, but I don't think that helps you Yanks out. Permatex makes a version of the stuff, check out their website.

I know guys get the aircraft grade stuff from aircraft maintenance shops at the airport.

Hardcore -your one sick puppy! Your streaming video almost made me loose my lunch. Go see a dr.

Oh by the way I'm running 14# on 50/50 of 92/110 octane with stock motor.

So with 3 gaskets and 92 fuel, what is a safe PSI number? The stock gaskets are .030, right?

Dave--Do you use 2 stock gaskets with your shim, for a total of .150 with your .090 shim?
