How many Nytros with a 16" wide track?

2008 nytro -16inch

i installed a 162x16x2.5 in mine it works amazing. I installed a ezride skid as well. It was a simple install

are you guys installing carriage bolts or grinding the nuts down?
looks like maybe the bottom two bolts would be ok just switch out the top 2 on each side?
what about the rivets ? grinding them down to the first bulge?
looking for some helpful advice before I have to take it back apart cause it rubs bad
any pics?????

saz looks like you did what I am doing, I have the new CE what track did you install?

Carrige bolts instead of grinding and leaving the weld-nuts.
Yes, grinding/cutting the rivits to the first bulge. A cut-off wheel makes quick work of the rivits, without overheating them (turning them blue). ;)!

Did you just replace all 8 frt bolts?
and cut rivets off
sounds likw what I did on the Viper, just want to do it right the first time

Just 2 on each side where the track rides around the drivers. Also 1 on each side for the foot brace mount, kind of where the track runs.

I trimed down all of the rivits, probably could have left some as is. However I figured it couldn't hurt to do them all. Less "tooth" for the snow/ice to build up on.
