Ive got the front suspension from my brothers Rx-warrior torn all apart.. I had purchased a rebuild kit from Pioneer performance..

Now that I've got the rebuild kit, I'm still missing all of the bushings that go in the bulk head (8 Total)

I cant believe how worn out those 8 bushings are.. They were almost completely gone; 2 of them were worn all the way through.. (they were the worst of the bushings)

If you havent checked your bushings lately.. do so now.. They suck to fix..

P.S.. im not sure why they used soo many bushings.. they could have done without the ones in the bulke head..

I did mine last season around 6 or 7000 miles......They were pretty sloppy....JD

I wish pioneer would have told me i needed those bushings or offered to sell them to me..

Now i have to order them from my dealer and wait 3-5 days more to get them...UGG...

Brian, you might have missed this topic over in the Attak forum on replacing the bushings. What was interesting was that the bushings were in poor condition on sleds that were not regularly greased. Those that were greased, regardless of the mileage, the bushings were in OK shape.

One of the biggest problems i see is, even the new bushing have slop in them.. this will only cause the new bushing to get pounded and wear oblong..

The bulkhead bushings were paper thin and worn threw.. ..

I just checked mine this summer and only had one that was slightly sloopy. But I allways applyied grease as best I could to them. So what I did to stop worry about it was drill and tap 4 holes in the cross tubes and add grease nipples to them. Fill them up and ready to go now.

I did the same thing on my '06 Rage when it had 400 miles on it. They were way too slopy then. The new bushings tightened it up a lot.

like everyones saying my bulkhead bushings were wasted (probably due to lack of grease fittings), most of the others were in good shape. i just made new bushings out of bronze oil lite so i hopefully will not be doing this again for as long as i own the machine.

i got nylatron bushings last year and they were really snug
to put in i got mine from maxx. before going out business.
i noticed they were wore out on the alum. a arms the most,

Ya. There was a thread on the Apex Forum and I posted the deal on the Pioneer partial bushng kit. Went through the double wait routine last year. Then, ... I did not even use the Pioneer kit. Why have nylatron in the A-Arms, when the bulkhead bushings were still the standard material. The Bulkhead bushings are the ones that go first. Also, you will need some nylon "cupped washers" too. You won't find them in the Pioneer kit either!

Personally, I don't like grease. It attracks and retains dirt. We frequently cross a lot of muddy open water.
