How many miles are you getting out of a full tank of fuel? About 100+ miles doing average trail riding is normal, a lot less if you're on/off throttle all the time. It takes a lot of fuel to make the extra power. When you are into boost you will spend a lot more fuel.
A stock sled pulls about 185CFM (wide open throttle)
A boosted sled at 12lbs pulls about 370CFM (wide open throttle)
Same Air Fuel Ratios and you will get 1/2 the gas milage.

My brother and I didn't really notice an appreciable difference in fuel economy on our sleds. He has an 03 TRX-1. That is what is cool about these turboed sleds you have all this enormos hp potential and good gas mileage to boot. Where we ride, it is not very often that you are able to hold the throttle wide open for very long (too many obstacles to manuever at such high speeds). We average about 14mpg. Now the Apex's are a different story. My other brother turboed his and I think they only get about 10mpg at best. He cann't begin to get the mileage that we get. If you are not getting mileage close to this then I'd say you're running rich (or have a hole in your gas tank-haha).

I used about 30 litres and only went about 50km
. I talked to alpine and I'm putting in 127.5 jets instead of 130 i hope it makes a difference. But if any one can think of any other ideas ill try anything

Check your carb springs. A freind had the same problem, changed back to the stock springs from the Holtz ones that were installed and the mileage instantly improved.
