How much is a smashed up 2010 Nytro MTX 162 SE worth?

I posted this in the MTX forum also, but thought I would try it on here also for more views if that's okay...

I have a line on a smashed up 2010 MTX 162 SE that was purchased from an insurance company by a wrecking company. I spoke to the wrecker on Friday and he said he would get back to me on price. The damage is:

broken primary clutch
broken a arms/spindle on clutch side
bent bulkhead/subframe/front bumper
the plastics seem ok
handlebars bent
no top part of cab on sled at all
That's pretty much the damage on the outside while quickly looking at the sled. The left side of the machine is toast.

According to the Yamaha mechanic crank runout is 10 thousandths (not sure if that is acceptable tolerance). Crank could be bent since the pieces of primary are broken off. The tunnel/skid/track appears to be fine.

The sled was written off and I am thinking about buying the sled and turning it into a project. If I get it for a decent price, then fix it up, I sell my 08.

How much is this sled worth? There are approximately 1500 kilometres on the motor.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Mid 4000s but if the crank is bad a lot less.

If the crank is bad then it's prob best pieced off as a parts sled.
