How much oil?

According to my owners manual I need 2.11 U.S. quarts with filter change.
That amount will not even show up on the dipstick!!
Anybody have a service manual that says different.
Dealer told me three quarts.

BTW, would like to get my hands on a downloadable service manual if anybody has one.

The service manual says the same thing and I've found the same as you, about 3 qts. to get a reading on the dipstick.

i use a longer oil filter ( Purolator Pure One PL 14610 ) and have never had to use 3 quarts. a little over 2.5 works for me every time.

make sure to run it at least 5 minutes then let it sit for at least 10 before you check it. mine takes a while to settle before i get an accurate reading.

I use the K&N oil filter and never have put more than 2.5 quarts in
