I just picke dup my phazer mountain light the other day, and I can't figure out how to get to the spark plugs to look at them. Also, do 4 strokes go through plugs like 2-strokes? I don't think so but I'm not sure. Also, do these new electric plugs work better/last longer?

Thanks
JP

To get to the plugs your going to have to loosen and slide the gas tank back. Its not that hard of a job but it is a little time consuming. To get to them, stuff like plastic shrouding and the seat have to come off. I can't remember if the head light has to come off or not. Having to remove all this stuff to get to the plugs is a pain in the @$$, but I can tell you its not as bad as I thought it would be. When it was over I was glad I did it. As far as fouling plugs in your phazer the biggest thing I've found is no garage racing turning it on and off for your buddy's. Good Luck.

You won't need to replace those plugs for a couple thousand miles, at least, so don't worry about them.

Also, there is much discussion about doing plugs and most everything else on this forum. Alls you gotta do is use the search box.

As rfabro said, you won't need to replace those plugs for long.
I took a look at mine after 1600 km and they looked fine. But it wont hurt to look so that you now.
