How to make seat pan?

I am in desparate need for storage on my nytro. Anybody know a material i can use to make a seat pan. The seat will have a alum frame and storage underneath.

Get a small sheet of UHMW plastic. Cuts real nice, looks good, lasts forever, light weight, and pretty good at resisting heat, (depending on how close your exhaust is).
